We can service and repair all types of technical equipment in our well-equipped in-house workshop. Reconditioning your wellheads is no problem for our specialists. We also repair, maintain and manufacture hydraulic well control panels (HWCP).
Valve repair & maintenance in the workshop
We can professionally service all types of fittings and accessories in our own workshop. Even tricky repairs are no problem and are carried out by our experts with the utmost care.
Preparation of wellheads
We recondition all types of wellheads. Our service includes all work steps from the incoming inspection to the replacement of wearing parts and necessary repairs through to final painting and delivery.
Pressure tests
We carry out pressure tests for you in our own factory test chamber in accordance with EN 10204 3.1.
- High-pressure pumps for liquids up to 1,245 bar
- Nitrogen test system up to 300 bar
- Pressure tape recorder, measuring range 0 to 600 bar
- Air/low pressure for testing actuators
- Test stand for adjusting safety valves and pilots
Damage assessment
Our experienced employees can identify damage of all kinds to fittings such as ball valves, non-return valves, safety valves, gate valves or control pilots as well as accessories. If a repair is possible, we will be happy to make you a non-binding offer.

Our experienced specialists check your safety valves and pilots and make all the necessary adjustments.
Hydraulic Well Control Panels
In November 2019, we took over the repair, maintenance and new production of Halliburton’s Hydraulic Well Control Panels (HWCP). We have all the necessary spare parts permanently in stock so that we can also repair your HWCP units at short notice.
